Who we are
The 822 Real Estate Team is a team of licensed Arizona real estate professionals affiliated with HomeSmart, a licensed Arizona real estate brokerage. All real estate services described on this site are provided through HomeSmart.

Listing information and availability
Listings, prices, square footage, lot sizes, photos, taxes, HOA details, and property features come from the MLS, sellers, builders, public records, and other third party sources. We believe this information is reliable, but we do not guarantee it. Properties may go under contract, sell, or be withdrawn at any time without notice. Verify anything you plan to rely on, in writing, before you make an offer.

New construction
For new construction communities, prices, floor plans, square footage, features, lots, renderings, and incentives can change at any time without notice. "Starting from" pricing is base price only. It does not include upgrades, lot premiums, or options. Renderings and staged models are for illustration. Actual homes may differ.

Home value tools and market reports
Any home value estimate, CMA, or market report generated on this site is an opinion of value based on available data. It is not an appraisal and should not be used as one. Actual value depends on condition, location, and market conditions at the time of sale.

No agency relationship until it is in writing
Using this site, submitting a form, or contacting us does not create an agency or client relationship. Representation begins only when a written agreement is signed by you and the brokerage.

Compensation
Broker compensation is not set by law and is fully negotiable. Any compensation you owe is set out in the written agreement you sign.
